1.⁠ ⁠Ticket Purchase & Usage

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified by Sunflower Weekender. Resale or transfer of tickets without official permission is prohibited.The festival reserves the right to change the line-up, schedule, or event details without prior notice. Refunds will not be issued for such changes.

2.⁠ ⁠Age Restrictions

Sunflower Weekender is an 18+ event. You must present a valid government-issued ID at the entrance. Failure to provide proof of age will result in denial of entry, and no refund will be provided.

3.⁠ ⁠Entry Conditions 

Security personnel may perform bag checks, and prohibited items (such as weapons, illegal substances, and outside food/drinks) will be confiscated.

The festival reserves the right to deny entry or eject attendees for any behavior deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or in violation of these terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

4.⁠ ⁠Health & Safety

Attendees are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. Sunflower Weekender is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees should comply with all health and safety guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection without a refund.

5.⁠ ⁠Photography & Recording 

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Sunflower Weekender may use images and recordings for promotional purposes without compensation to the attendee. Attendees are allowed to take personal photos and videos, but professional photography and videography without prior consent are prohibited.

6.⁠ ⁠Ticket Holder Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to keep their ticket safe. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to keep their ticket safe.

Once scanned, the ticket’s QR code becomes invalid for further use. Any subsequent attempts to use the same QR code will be denied entry. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure their ticket is not duplicated or shared.Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or third parties may be void, and the holder may be denied entry.

7.⁠ ⁠Accessibility

Sunflower Weekender strives to be inclusive. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate you. 

8.⁠ ⁠Prohibited Activities

Selling merchandise or performing unauthorized activities, such as unapproved promotions or surveys, is not permitted.

The use of drugs, smoking, and any form of harassment or violence are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.

9.⁠ ⁠Liability

 Sunflower Weekender will not be held liable for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur during the event unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the organizers.

10.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms 

Sunflower Weekender reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes prior to the event.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without a refund.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is canceled by Sunflower Weekender.

2. Event Cancellation

In the event that Sunflower Weekender is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Additional fees (such as processing fees) may not be refundable.

If only part of the event is canceled (such as a specific act or performance), no refunds will be issued unless the entirety of Sunflower Weekender is canceled.

3. Date Changes

If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement of the new date.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, such as weather, natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

5. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are non-transferable unless authorized by the organizers. Any unauthorized transfers or resale of tickets may result in invalidation without a refund.

6. Personal Reasons

Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or changes in personal circumstances.

Wristband Policy

Wristbands must not be removed or damaged. If lost or tampered with, you must buy a new one at gate prices, if available.

Assumption of Risk

By attending, you accept all risks associated with the event, including any harm caused by others or accidents on the grounds.

Prohibited Items

You cannot bring any alcohol inside the festival premises. No illegal substances, including drugs and marijuana are allowed on-site. No open box cigarettes will be allowed inside the venue, if found it will be seized at the entrance. Cigarettes will be available at the venue at MRP. Violators will be ejected and may face legal action.

Release of Liability

Attendees agree to release the event organizers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the festival. Ambulance will be available at the venue but victim should bear the cost for treatment provided. 

Right to Deny or Eject

We can deny entry or remove anyone for violating the rules or behaving inappropriately.

Personal Data

By entering, you consent to us collecting and using your personal data for promotional or other purposes as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Stage Access

Only authorized personnel can access backstage or stage areas. Unauthorized entry is prohibited.

Unauthorized Sales

Selling goods or services without permission is not allowed and may result in removal from the event.

Environmental Responsibility

Dispose of trash properly. 

Commercial Photography

No commercial photography or videography is allowed without prior approval. 

No Tolerance 

We want to create environments and platforms with an atmosphere where people from different circumstances and in different phases of their lives can all feel comfortable and welcome. We commit to a space that invites us all to operate from a place of courage, curiosity, generosity, and shared responsibility.

We will not tolerate any/all harassment and intimidation of a sexual, physical, verbal, emotional, or any other biases based on gender, sexual orientation, age, appearance, marital status, religion, mental health, physical or mental abilities, or any other nonsense, at any time or night, and any circumstances, at our event. We do not welcome anybody who is known to cause harm in whatever ways to others or is complicit in such behavior by providing platforms and spaces to perpetrators or enables their actions individually.

Support us with this by giving everyone respect and space, contribute to making our communities safe and brave. Do not let any classism, sexism, queerphobia, racism, casteism, or other biases ruin another person’s time. If someone makes you feel unsafe and uncomfortable by any words or behavior, please reach out to us. Should we receive such complaints, there will be no questions asked, but actions taken immediately and support offered readily.
